Chick-fil-A in Berlin Township is seeking a Restaurant Professional who will partner with the existing leadership team to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to about 90 team members across the whole restaurant.  This professional will oversee operational excellence in both the Front of House and Back of House, based on business need.  The ultimate goal for this person is to help coach and develop the team, fulfill all managerial tasks and help refine systems and processes.  This individual must be committed to meeting and exceeding company goals, as well as passionate about the growth and impact of a team and organization.  Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader in a larger capacity at the Berlin Township location or potentially be developed into a career with Chick-fil-A beyond the local restaurant.  

Up to $20.00 per hour to start based on availability and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the various areas of the business with excellence
• Hold the team accountable to Chick-fil-A standards alongside other Directors
• Train and develop team leaders and members through coaching, feedback, and goal setting
• Ensure operational effectiveness to grow revenue
