Tasks required in the Front of the House

  • Perform basic math functions to accurately collect payments and make change
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer
  • Operate the Chick-fil-A Point of Sale system
  • Memorize menu items
  • Care for our guests by being a positive influence in their day
  • Possess a high level of integrity
  • Demonstrate a genuine willingness to help others
  • Clean and Maintain the front counter and Dining Room area
  • Willingness to learn and follow all food safety standards
  • Restock front counter food and beverage items
  • Ability to take direction from leaders and learn quickly

Tasks required in the Back of House (Kitchen)

  • Fresh produce preparation, line assembly
  • Breading and cooking chicken (frying and grilling)
  • Learn and follow all Food Safety standards
  • Memorize menu items
  • Care for our guests by being a positive influence in their day
  • Possess a high level of integrity
  • Demonstrate a genuine willingness to help others
  • Cleaning and Maintaining all Kitchen work areas
  • Washing dishes and food prep equipment
  • Restocking inventory as required
  • Ability to take direction from leaders and learn quickly
